Dr. Monica is a women’s health practitioner and expert, and also a pelvic health Physical Therapist. She is always the one to make sure patient outcomes are met. Dr. Monica’s strong clinical skills is guided by 20 years of experience and perfectionism. She is nothing but the best in everything she does. Dr. Monica is a mom to all, has strong work ethics, solid values, and has great passion for psychology relating to physical pain. She is always learning and keeps an open mind to various treatments and modalities. Dr. Monica is an expert in any musculoskeletal/orthopedic cases and is coined “The Body Whisperer” by one of our patients.

Dr. Kristian is a team and community builder. He is all about collaboration and helping people in need. Dr. Kristian has a very positive outlook in life and believes that success and happiness at work can easily be achieved through the culture of a great team. His burning desire is to change people’s perception of physical therapy emphasizing the importance of preventative health and wellness. He believes that a high-level physical therapy practice is the best guide towards achieving this goal.

Director of Pelvic Floor Specialty

Dr. Hsing-I Hsieh is our Director of Pelvic Floor Specialty. She specializes in women’s health, prenatal/postpartum care, and pelvic pain. She also has a strong professional interest in treating athletes and runners. She earned both a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Master of Arts in Pathokinesiology from New York University with honors. Dr. Hsing aims to blend solid clinical skills with up-to-date research perspectives to provide high quality, individualized physical therapy to help her patients.

Outside of the clinic, she is a foodie and a cat mom, and enjoys spinning, and practicing pilates.

Physical Therapist

Julie Rose is a wellness Physical Therapist with specialized expertise in manual therapy and overall orthopedic rehabilitation. She thrives working in wellness centers, orthopedic rehabilitation, patient homes, or any healthcare settings. She has treated patients of all ages in a variety of clinical areas including post-operative, orthopedics, recreational and collegiate athletes, and geriatrics. She has taken additional coursework in Postural Restoration, and Orthopedic Manual Therapy,

Balanced Body Pilates Reformer and plans to continue adding to her skillset throughout her career. Julie Rose practices an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to treatment, with a strong emphasis on therapeutic exercise, postural/core stability, functional manual therapy and movement training, and patient education and empowerment. She is a very passionate and knowledgeable physical therapist constantly evaluating and staying up to date on advancements and best practices in the field. She is compassionate, patient, collaborative, resilient, and adaptable and even respond positively to change and adversity.
