Insurance & Payment Options
Tribeca Physical Therapy is out-of-network with insurance plans. You pay directly at the time of service, and we provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. We accept any PPO plan that has out-of-network coverage. Prefer to skip the reimbursement process entirely? Transparent, flat self-pay rates are available too, with no hidden fees and no fine print.

You book and pay
Request your evaluation online or by phone. Payment is due at the time of each visit, at our transparent flat rate.
We give you a superbill
After your visit, you get an itemized superbill with all the codes your insurer needs to process an out-of-network claim.
You submit for reimbursement
Send the superbill to your insurance company. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, they reimburse you directly.
No out-of-network benefits? No problem.
If your plan doesn't include out-of-network coverage, or you'd rather skip the reimbursement process altogether, you can simply pay our transparent flat rate per session, with no hidden fees and no fine print.
