Dr. Vincent Liu
Dr. Liu earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the College of Staten Island and is licensed in New York. He treats orthopedic and sports injuries across a wide range of patients, from desk workers and marathoners to strength athletes and high school and college athletes, including post-surgical ACL reconstruction and meniscectomy recovery. Currently studying for his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) board certification, he specializes in tendinopathy and uses heavy slow-load resistance training and plyometrics to get patients back to full strength.
Luck is an accident that happens to the competent.
What guides the work.
Dr. Liu believes rehab should build real strength, not just relieve pain. He brings a strength-and-conditioning mindset to orthopedic and sports recovery, using heavy slow-load resistance training and plyometrics to prepare patients for the demands of their sport or their job, not just their next appointment.
Off the clock.
Life beyond the treatment table.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Liu plays basketball, trains at the gym, unwinds with sauna and cold plunge sessions, and works through a steady rotation of podcasts.
