Robin Palmer
Patient Manager
I was born in Korea, grew up on Long Island, and I’ve lived in Illinois, New Jersey, and California.
I’ve worked in healthcare for over fourteen years, always advocating for patients to be treated with compassion, respect, and honesty so that they can focus on getting better, their clinician can focus on providing the best treatment possible, and I can handle the rest of the details.
My core values are kindness, compassion, and treating others the way I want to be treated.
“The way we do anything is the way we do everything.” To me, this means that there’s never a “day off” in doing things the right way and the best way, but that we should always be giving 100%.
I’m the Patient Manager and I speak to all new patients to get them set up, communicate their history and needs to the doctor of physical therapy that specializes in their issue, and help them with any questions or concerns before, during, or after their treatment with us.
I want to fix confusion about insurance terms and practices!
I like that we help people every day and that we’re setting a very high standard for what the experience of receiving medical care should be like: highly skilled, kind and compassionate, clear, and timely in every aspect.
