I’m from Charlottesville, Virginia—a quaint college town that I’m lucky to call home. Since 2022, I’ve been living in Manhattan, and now I never want to leave!

My prior experience in the hospitality industry has prepared me for my role as Wellness Assistant and instilled in me a passion for making people feel welcome and invited into any space.
As Wellness Assistant, I serve as a liaison for both patients and providers. I assist with class preparation, space management, marketing, and online scheduling.
I hope to make patients’ visits as relaxing and seamless as possible by taking care of what needs to be done and fostering a sense of community.
I love being able to assist providers in helping people feel their best and live life to the fullest!
