Dr. Lilly Park

Dr. Lilly Park

PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

I was born in South Korea but spent a lot of my childhood in Canada. My Korean heritage was rich in traditions while Canada introduced me to new perspectives. It wasn’t always easy to balance these identities but it taught me to embrace change and find my place where I went—a lesson that continues to guide me in the vibrant diversity of New York City.

This ability to adapt also shaped my journey toward physical therapy. I became fascinated by the human body’s ability to perform, recover, and transform through mindful movement and targeted care. Similar to navigating different cultures, I saw how the body, too can adapt and heal with the right support. Today, I’m passionate about helping others reclaim their well-being through knowledge, awareness and consistent practice— empowering them to move, heal, and thrive in a city that never stands still.

Core values:
Compassion, Respect, and Lifelong Learning.
